Abiding in Christ equals effective ministry

In John 15:5 Jesus says.  

 5"I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he (A)bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. (NASB)

Jesus makes it clear. In order to be effective (bear fruit) we must abide in Him. The questions to ask are:
 
How do I abide in Christ in my day?
How do I help my coworkers abide?
What does abiding in Christ and working in ministry look like?
 
These and other questions I want to deal with here as we consider what is effective ministry.
