A pastor writes a course in DEScribe editor

Some of his lessons include references to resources available only in the school’s Digital Resource library. His course, in turn, forms part of a Distance Education program assembled by the national church organization and distributed via the Internet.

That church’s isolated leaders make their normal weekly journey to the trade town near their village. While in town, they visit an Internet café and enroll in the online school. Over the next weeks, they study and gain real-world ministry skills without leaving family, job or flock.
